Payments may be made with credit card, cash, and debit cards. Credit card and debit cards will remain on file during the reservation period.

Minimum 24 hours' notice required to cancel and receive full refund of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours may incur a penalty fee. Release on authorization or refunds of deposits will take place within 3-10 business days of cancellation, depending on the cardholder's banking institution. Releases/refunds on cards issued by a foreign bank may take longer.

If you wish to cancel your cabana/daybed reservation, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation to avoid a $100 cancellation fee on cabanas and a $25 cancellation fee on daybeds. Pricing is valid for 2018 pool season and is subject to change without prior notification. All reservation rates are a rental fee. Food and beverage purchases will appear on a separate bill. If you are on the Cabana Waitlist, you are not guaranteed to have a cabana/daybed. Cabanas/Daybeds and PODs that are not checked in by 11:00 AM will be released. If you wish to cancel your Cabana/Daybed and POD reservation, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or the deposit will be forfeited. Pricing is valid for 2018 Pool Season and is subject to change without prior notification. The Cabana/Daybed and POD rate is a food and beverage minimum. All Cabana reservations are guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. Confirmed Cabanas may check-in to the pool between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Cabanas that are not checked in by 1:00 PM will be released. If you wish to cancel your Cabana reservation, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.
